Introduction
I've come across multiple articles on the web and countless websites that talk about increasing ejaculate. Most point to "Volume Pills" that have an ingredient list chock-full-of herbs that nobody knows what's safe and what's not. But, they all seem to have one thing in common: L-Arginine.
About L-Arginine
For those of you who are not familiar with L-Arginine, L-Arginine is an amino acid. L-Arginine enhances the action of nitric oxide, which relaxes muscles surrounding blood vessels supplying the penis. As a result, blood vessels in the penis dilate, increasing blood flow, which helps maintain erections. A typical supplemental dosage of L-Arginine is 2 to 8 grams per day. L-Arginine is often called "Nature's Viagra".
The Test
I currently masturbate 4-5 times a week. I will try not to increase these occurrences in an effort to keep the variables constant.
Since the typical dosage is 2 to 8 grams per day, I'm going to go with 6 (3 grams when I wake up, 3 grams before bed).
I'll start the test on Monday and provide updates on a weekly basis. I will note:
Any increase in sex drive,
Any increase in hardness of my erection,
Any increase in pre-cum,
Any increase in the ejaculate,
Any side effects.
The Fine Print
People with genital herpes, a history of heart disease/heart attacks, or have kidney disease should not take L-Arginine.
